FAMILIES KidsHotel ARE WELCOME Plus

As a base for all family holidays, you cannot beat the unforgettable setting of the Hotel Waldesruh.
Where Friendships Start
This is your top address in the car-free Pearl of the Alps and probably the craziest hilltop Kids Hotel. The HaSuDinosaur GoSulino lives here, the hero of many a child. The Family Hotel Alphubel. with its professionally run Kids’ Club, packs lots of action, fun and creativity into your stay - even pranks are allowed.
Not surprisingly Saas Fee proudly displays the quality trademark “Families Welcome”. The car-free resort, with its picturesque chalets, is the ideal location for a supremely varied Winter or Summer holiday for the entire family – and where better than at the Panorama Hotel Alphubel, where the host family are hotelier role models, alphorn blowers and teachers of the local dialect.
SAAS-FEE/Saas Valley for the Family
“Any day when I am not in Saas Fee is only half a day”, wrote the famous German author and playwright Carl Zuckmayer, who spent the last years of his life in our resort, where he also wrote his memoirs “Als wär’s ein Stück von mir” (A Part of Myself). And we can well understand his feelings as Saas Fee, at the very end of the valley, enchants its guests with its natural charm: chalets and 17th century barns characterise the village, complemented with its hotels and shops. It is surrounded by many imposing mountains with no fewer than 13 peaks of four thousand meters and their glaciers, which form a dramatic backdrop and are also the lifeblood of local tourism. One hundred kilometres of pistes accommodate all types of skiers and snowboarders. In addition, there are countless hiking paths, cross-country tracks, a toboggan run, a snow-and-ice climbing track. There is free skiing for children up to
9 years of age, a children’s fun park in the village and a toboggan-run.

Where Children are King
The Panorama Hotel Alphubel is the flagship of the family-run enterprise Supersaxo, which is totally geared to children’s enjoyment. The three-star hotel with its 34 rooms, offers a full-day supervised kindergarten for the youngest guests, for the toddlers there is an X-Box-Room and our own Snowpark GoSulino offers tobogganing or any other modes of sliding on snow. Furthermore, the Kids Club GoSulino Team organize a very varied Après-ski programme ranging from cooking pizzas, to painting, handicrafts and children’s discos – all supervised by Heather Supersaxo and Jeanine Schuster, both themselves mothers of three children. In the evening, Gottfried Supersaxo often dons the costume of the hotel’s mascot GoSulino, creating a riotous mood on the dance-floor.
